Refugio De Esperanza Church, New Rochelle, NY
Project Overview
TechLife Media Systems was called in to help out with the audio/video presentation and live music system for the Refugio De Esperanza Church in New Rochelle, NY. The project involved a complete renovation of the entire church. We were tasked with designing the video presentation system that allowed the flexibility of video from computer based lyrics software programs as well as high definition video from DVD content. The audio system needed to be top notch and have the capability to provide the best sound available for the large amount of parishioners that attend the church. A wireless microphone system was needed to provide clear and accurate reproduction and amplification of the spoken words as well as the clarity and dynamic range needed when singing. Provisions for live music from the in-house musicians as well as guest bands were a neccessity.
Project Details
Hours of design and implementation resulted in a house of worship system like none other we've done before. 39,000 watts of amplified power drives 25 high performance JBL speakers. A Soundcraft mixing board, 12 AKG wireless microphones, full microphone kits for drum set and grand piano, inputs for up to 24 instruments comprise the live music and audio system. A 15 foot motorized drop down projection screen, a super bright dual lamp high performance projection system and video matrix connectivity and high definition capabilites provide the video content. A complete, easy to use control system that includes the audio/video system and LED lighting is included.
